  Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2018, Elodie Legrand specializes in labor law, intellectual and artistic property law, and inheritance law.
  
  A graduate of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the Institute of Criminology of Paris, she holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Law from the University Paris X.
  
  After professional experience within the Commission for the Compensation of Victims of Spoliation (C.I.V.S) attached to the Office of the Prime Minister, Elodie Legrand joined the Cabinet Mollanger Avocats in 2018.
  
  She also teaches literary and artistic property law at E.M.I.C.

Founded in 2000 by Delphine Mollanger, a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 1995, the Firm has developed significant pre-litigation and litigation activities, particularly focusing on labor law, intellectual property law, and art law.

The Firm takes charge of and assists its clients in managing and resolving complex disputes, especially before civil and commercial courts.

Drawing from this trial experience, the Firm implements appropriate means to secure its clients' legal relationships, prevent disputes, and assist them in case of conflict, always seeking an amicable resolution when possible.

The Firm intervenes equally for the support and defense of both companies and individuals regarding their professional and economic activities.

Since 2020, the Firm has also been representing artists.

Our Approach

The Firm is particularly rigorous in monitoring its training and continuously enriches itself with the latest legislative, jurisprudential, and doctrinal developments.

This constant analysis work across various legal evolutions allows it to have a comprehensive approach to the issues submitted to it, in order to better understand and defend its clients' interests.

For legal needs exceeding its areas of expertise, the Firm relies on a solid network of trusted lawyers (especially in corporate law, tax law, and criminal law).

Fees
The Firm endeavors to provide the client with a clear view of the fees related to the study and monitoring of their file. Fees are adapted based on the client's situation and the complexity of the case.

Unless there is an emergency intervention, a quotation proposal is submitted to the client prior to any intervention by the Firm. Upon acceptance of the quotation, a fee agreement is established for each file, which may include either an hourly fee based on the Firm's hourly rate or a separate fee comprising:
- A fixed portion for the study and monitoring of the file
- A variable portion corresponding to performance-based fees
A detailed fee note, outlining the actions taken by the firm and the time devoted to each file, is sent to the client monthly or quarterly.

Attorneys' fees are subject to the applicable VAT (20%).

Dispute resolution

As a customer, you always have the option of contacting the European Commission's arbitration board. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute that has not been resolved amicably and has been the subject of a written complaint sent by the consumer customer to the company, you may submit the dispute to a consumer mediator from among those listed by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (CECMC), which can be consulted on the website of the Ministry of the Economy at the following address: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
